A viewer-only membership draws no employee seat; beyond the 5 viewer accounts included, an administrator assigns it a paid viewer seat. Is any feature extra?

No. A seat has one price, and that price covers everything the product does.

Can you turn on screenshots or activity monitoring?

No. TackTime has no surveillance features to turn on. The compliance page says what the record is built from instead.

5 viewer accounts in every workspace cost nothing, and an administrator decides which viewers beyond them hold a paid seat. A viewer reads what you grant, and financial fields only if you say so.

The terms

A 60-day trial: A trial runs the full product for 60 days, with no credit card taken to begin and nothing to cancel if you walk away.
A 30-day read-only period: When the last employee license ends, whether a trial seat or a paid one, the workspace stays readable to its owners for 30 more days. Data is neither locked nor deleted, and it stays yours to read for the whole of that period.
5 viewer accounts per workspace: Clients and read-only reviewers get their own accounts, included with every workspace rather than counted against your staff.
Reassignable employee seats: A seat follows whoever holds it. Release it when someone leaves and hand it to their replacement. Nothing is added automatically when you run out; you decide.
A custom company subdomain: A workspace answers on your own address, so the people you invite recognize where they are signing in.

Why 60 days and not 14

Sixty days is enough to set the product up and then use it in earnest. A trial needs the early weeks to configure clients, projects, and timekeeping policy, and the rest to run real weeks of entry and daily closes against them. A shorter trial only ever proves that the product installs.

And if you need longer to decide: when the last employee license ends, the workspace stays readable to its owners for 30 more days. We will not hold records hostage to force a purchase.
